41 The Parade
The Tribunal Service is a judicial body established to settle certain types of claims and appeals under various laws and must act independently without giving any legal advice.
The Tribunal administers the following claims and appeals: Employment and Discrimination, Social Security, Health and Safety, Mental Health and Capacity, Planning and Charity.
Almost all hearings are open to the public, in exceptional circumstances a request can be made for the hearing to be held in private.
